Danced? We just chilled to it. Typically, in somebody's basement, with the black light on. Yes, "That 70's Show" could have been filmed in Etobicoke!! Whatever happened to black-light posters?

For a while, he was on my facebook list, and a neighbour in Farmville, even is not posting anything on SC.

Then, suddenly, not too long ago, he (and a few of his alter egos)
disappeared completely without a trace...

Maybe the Mafia Wars people go to him...

When we were closing up a music store I used to work at, I managed to score two fixtures: on of the shelves we used to keep CDs in, and a lava lamp. It now sits on top of my entertainment center, "holding the room together".

I saw THIS one in a candy store at Yonge & College once. Didn't check the pricetag on it at the time, but I've seen it online selling for up to $300 nowadays.

Finally got a little rain. Hope it breaks the humidity. At Cobourg beach yesterday. Lake Ontario was comfortable for this time of year. Thanks for the WW & codes.

This was the encore song, and it trailed into Give Peace A Chance at the end. It was well covered in the reviews, but Rolling Stone neglected to mention that when Yoko danced her way over next to Ringo, her mic was not on. She tapped her mic a couple of times and I had tears streaming down my cheeks it was so funny. She started sharing Ringo's mic which then mysteriously faded as well.

Too much to take in really, there were so many people on stage and we were in the second mezz. For example, I never noticed that Zak had taken a seat at his Dad's kit. By the way, huge kudos to Gregg Bissonette on the second drum kit throughout the night. He either has the same natural backbeat style as Ringo or is one of those musicians who can copy other styles, because whenever they played together they were as one.

Have you ever seen the concert DVD - Concert for George? At one point there are 3 drummers (including Ringo) all playing simultaneously. It is quite intriguing to watch. It's not the same as seeing the Ringo show live but this is a must for any fans of George Harrisons music. Both Paul and Ringo, of course, played this show along with E.C., and a host of other musicians. It is one of the best concerts captured on video. Whenever I play it for someone, they are in awe aat how good it is.
