Thanks - forgot this was on. Definitely switching games. (Wow, when our rain, rain, went away ... did it go to South Africa???)

On the other football note ..... when will those colour commentators realize that you can't break contain ..... you can break containMENT, but you flipping can't break contain. Akin to nails on a blackboard to me ......

OHHHHH-we did very well at the auction this morning! Wolfie repped me that I was going to buy everything including the kitchen sink! Well, did'nt buy that, although there were a few nice ones-we did however buy matching stone vessel sinks for our ensuite bath that are gorgeous for 75 bucks each!!!! I looked them up when we got home and similar ones range from 250 up to 700 bucks! I am very happy-we also bought some wooden bifold doors for the kids closets super cheap and they are very nice as well. There were some great deals on lighting again but some people are so funny, if they really want something and get carried into a bidding war with someone else. Two women duked it out over staircase spinadles and the one ended up paying way more than retail, she just didnt want the other lady to win!!!To funny-hope everyone is enjoying the afternoon, I am off now to take the kids to a friends place to swim and socialize.

Hope everyone enjoyed their day. I still have to finish baking a batch of cookies (I put it off so I could enjoy the day, now I have a ton of housework to finish before I can go to sleep. The silly dog won't do any work until I finish baking her paycheque.

    Night all.

You are a man of many talents. I am impressed. I would love to see your work in this client's back yard.
I'm glad you like the details that Chris did. He didn't choose the stone , we chose it to match the stone on the house.

Other than the large excavations and the stone columns ( our sub-contractors ) everything else was done by my brother-in-law and I. The back yard has columns also along with an outdoor kitchen, hugh gas fireplace, tiered deck ( trex board ), pool with a cascade waterfall and a cabanna. After 2008 I decided to take a rest because of a shoulder injury in 2006 (and in the fall of 2008 ). I finished off two small jobs in 2009 for my brother-in-law, had my shoulder surgery this January and busy cathing up to all the little jobs around my house and my mother's and some reno jobs for a couple of friends. Otherwise I'm taking this year off and getting back into the mix again next year.
On your front stoop I've never seen anyone use the interlock on it's side before giving it very unique and different look. It matches up nicely with the stone look of the house.
