yeah im still pretty steamed, i probably looked like an angry bull when we met up.
waiting for HO to call me back with the info then i will be asking them not to only mail an official letter to me with the policy (i want to have their letter head since this metro once told me that i could have typed it up, when i showed them a policy i got in the email)
and thank you everyone for the support its made my day much brighter

I'm so sorry to hear about the rotten treatment you got. I hope that this gets resolved soon.
It seems to me that some stores (or sometimes just specific staff) are just screaming "DON'T SHOP HERE!" by the way they treat their customers.

please, please, please call HO. Just as a person - rudeness to another person should not be tolerated. Call HO or I will call them for you

Good for you for following through and calling HO. I know many times I have had poor customer service and swore to myself that I would report it to HO and then never do. How do we expect customer service to improve if we don't report it? I hope that when HO does get back to you, that they offer some compensation ($25 gc perhaps) to you. I am sure that a small gesture on their part will go a very long way to repairing the relationship for you. It's only $25 out of pocket to them now, but if you refuse to shop there any longer because HO doesn't respond, over the long term it result in thousands of dollars out of pocket for them. Good luck.

Poor customer service is completely unacceptable!!! "The customer is always right"... and if they are not... you make them look right. I worked in retail for a number of years and would never dream of treating a customer like that...no matter what.

that manager was so rude to you I cannot believe that. I am upset for you. I am glad you called HO. Hopefully the manager and the mean cashier get some much needed customer service training.

thanks everyone for the support, i did call and they said they were going to call the store and make sure to talk to them about it, as soon as they call me back i will update everyone
oh when i explained the situtation to the nice HO lady she said that i was right and they should have accepted my coupon
just glad i know my policy (really need to carry them with me though
)
