I got 5 out of my 7 order. All of them came to me in a bad state.

I'm not happy with their product; nonetheless, I got it for free, so I'm not going to complain any further.

They keep on giving me dinopoints for no reason. I've gotten about 5000 dinopoints. =/

I talked to their live chat regarding this and they mentioned there is an issue with the code and the dept is working to fix it...so for now you can't use it

Same for me! I tried adding the $0.68 notebooks into my cart but it doesn't get added it. Probably put those $0.68 items solely for show.

Yea that is what the rep told me, he didn't say they were used up, so I'm not sure which is true lol

I emailed last week about the $5 coupon and they told me it was only valid for the first 100 customers each day. It sounds like they are giving everyone a different story No matter what time of day I try it, the coupon doesn't work. I just made a $12 order from their site last week as well, for some makeup brushes. I couldn't resist LOL. The coupon for 10% off did work though

most items have free shipping. i think the ones that don't are usually the cheap items or the sale items
