Interesting because I did check with Dollarama in Tracadie-Sheila, NB and they don't accept coupons.
Will check again of maby email head office.

Hummmm, I asked at the dollarstore here in Parkway Mall in Saint John and was told that they did accept coupons but it was only for 1 day and they don't anymore.
Seriously, how hard is it for companies to send a mass email to all their store managers to let them know what they are doing? Then all the managers have to do is post it in the staff room and get all employees to sign stating they read it and understand it.
Simple if you ask me....

All you need to do is call your D.S. Ask for the store manager and ask if they accept coupons. If he says yes, then that's good. If they say no, tell them about the e.mail saying they do then ask them to contact this person about it.

Things should get cleared up pretty fast. Make sure you get the names of the people you speak with. That way if there are problems once you go there, you could say "this person said I could".

I was really annoyed they wont let you use a coupon if it makes the item free ...it just seems weird .

I'm finding things are cheaper in regular stores using coupons ...and pm'ing WM sometimes gets us overages

I agree that some products are cheaper in regular stores. It pays to know what's sold and at what prices at the dollar store. I made the mistake of buying toothpaste with coupons that were going to expire the next day at D.S. then went to s>s> ant they were on sale there for a dollar less. I kicked myself on the backside for that one....lol...

Take 2 copies of the email with you when you go. GIVE one to the store manager... that is what I did ,I dont' have probme.s

I went to Dollarama on Main yesterday and the told me that the do not accept coupons anymore.. Did anyone try the mapleton location or riverview location?

Do you meen the one near the Superstore -Zellers complex? I hope they still take them caust that's the closest one to where I live.

the Miramichi stores not accepting coupons .. it was sort of good while it lasted , although i get better deals at Wm and SDM with no problems

It was the superstore location.. oh well sometimes get better dealers at walmart and sdm and superstore..
