DD has been ready for a bed for nearly 6 months. We just haven't had the money! Also, with two kids sharing a room we don't have much space, either. So we thought perhaps bunk beds would be a good idea.
We were hoping to find something at The Brick because we have credit with them, but we hadn't yet found a good deal. Then 2 weeks ago I saw in The Brick flyer a bunk bed for $299. Perhaps we could afford that! So I talked to DH and we decided that's what we would do.
Then Thursday came. I was disappointed, assuming we had missed the sale. BUT! I checked the next flyer (last week's) and WOW! The same bed for $239! Well, of COURSE we're getting it NOW!! DH decides to head out and get it the very next day.
The next day, before he leaves, I check online. Their online price says $199! Amazing!! When he got to the store, he mentioned the online price and NO PROBLEMS they gave it to him!
So, for once, procrastination saved us money. $100 to be precise.
The beds have been delivered, set up, and we're all very happy (the kids to have the beds, me to have saved the money)!
(PS. My first brag! Not really a couponing brag, though.)This thread is currently associated with: The BrickHey, I've been blogging: Nifty Thrifty!

That is an amazing deal! I usually have the bad luck of buying something and a week later finding it for 30% less hehe. I'm still looking for a bunk bed for my DSS because sometimes when he's here, my younger siblings are too and I have no where to put them all!
