They are pretty good with the replacement dvds for damaged discs.

Not only did they send me a complimentary movie, I also was sent the replacement dvd that was broken. While all the while having 3 movies already shipped. So in total I have 5 movies coming at once! Pretty good.

I emailed Friday to the 'Bigfoot email' that you get the notice of winning from and didn't hear back (I had emailed before and got an instant reply) so then I emailed again yesterday to the 'consumer' email and got the reply today that they were looking into it and please allow more time for my prize to arrive. It's been 7 weeks.

Read back a few pages. Many of us have.
You need to sign up at Zip.ca with a credit card then add the code you won from the contest to the account to get free 1 (or 3) month credit.

Then you just start looking up movies you are interested in seeing and adding them to your Ziplist. They will automatically start sending movies off your list.
After you get the movies in the mail and have watched them, you mail them back with the prepaid envelopes that come with the movies. Then they ship you out more from your ziplist. It's not just 3 free movie rentals it's unlimited, but they only send you 3 at a time. So the quicker you watch them and ship them back the quicker you can get 3 more.

I ran into some really bad luck with ZIP with this one damn movie i am trying to rent. I originally rented close encounters of the third kind. It came cracked. I reported it and had to wait 3-4 days for them to ship a replacement copy. Today the replacement came and i open it to find the disc is so badly cracked it's almost broken in half.

this suuucks. i have to report it AGAIN and request another copy.
