60 year-old nude dude won't win this appeal
A 60 year-old man stunned lawyers during his appeal of a public nudity conviction by stripping off in court.
"The court withdrew for deliberations and during the adjournment the man removed his clothes again," said a court official in the western city of Duisburg. "It appears he sees it as art, and views himself as a living work of art."

See, if this was in the states he could at least get a retrial.. claiming inadequate counsel.. I mean counsel really should have advised him that stripping off during the trial might be implicating!
