I emailed Tetley to request coupons and they told me to sign up as a "member" for exclusive coupons and offers
here's what it said:

We occasionally give out free samples and coupons to our brand advocates when we introduce new products. Although we are not currently offering anything, you may wish to sign up to be a brand advocate on our Tetley website to receive free samples and coupons when they are available.
By signing up on the Tetley website, and creating a username and password, you have the opportunity of becoming a “member.” When you sign up you will automatically be entered in to the system. In addition, you will also be notified of future offers, new products, and much more.
