1. THE CONTEST:

The Weather Network and MétéoMédia "Dell-A-Day" Contest ("the Contest") begins on Thursday, August 25, 2011 at 12:00:01 AM ("Eastern Time") ET and ends on Friday, September 23, 2011 at 11:59:59 PM ET("Contest Period").

2. ELIGIBILITY:

The Contest is open only to residents of Canada, 13 years of age and older (at the time of entry).Employees of the Sponsors, their affiliated companies, advertising and promotion agencies and the Independent Judging Organization and those with whom such employees are domiciled are not eligible to participate in this Contest.

3. HOW TO ENTER:

No purchase necessary. Twice an hour daily during the Contest Period between 5:00 AM and 11:00 AM ("Eastern Time") The Weather Network will broadcast a "Dell-A-Day" code word at 2 minutes and 32 minutes past the hour and twice an hour daily MétéoMédia will broadcast a "Dell-A-Day" code word at 22 and 52 minutes past each hour.

To enter "The Dell-A-Day" Contest visit www.theweathernetwork.com or www.meteomedia.com (the "Contest Websites") and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the Contest entry form in its entirety including correctly answering a mathematical skill testing question and providing the name of the daily code word advertised on The Weather Network or MétéoMédia for that day. Once the entry form is completed, click "Submit" and you will be automatically entered into the contest. Limit one (1) entry per person per email address per code word per day on either www.theweathernetwork.com or www.meteomedia.com. Entries may only be made by the original, manual keystrokes of the individual entrant without assistance of any kind including mechanical, form filling or other software or robotic assistance.
