keep an eye out for the Sears flyers - every couple of weekends they have 15% off national brands, usually higher on Kenmore brands. they will also match any other sale price you bring them. We just moved too and bought a stove and fridge, got 15% off, plus 5 times the sears points (about $200), plus 3 months no payments with no admin fee. Best deal I could find.

I totally agree with trying to go with Sears (check online as well, sometimes the outlet has deals) - and sometimes Future Shop has good prices too.
Prices are totally going to depend on size of washer/dryer you want, whether you want front or topload... same with fridge and stove, the options you want...

If you're looking for the cheapest appliances you should check out The Brick and Future Shop. They often have all of those on special. Washer and dryer for $550, fridge $400, smooth top stove $550. If you`re buying all appliances for the same store or if you're paying in cash ask for them if they can make you a better deal or remove taxes.

If you are in mississauga, Future shop (heartland store) had really good deals yesterday. They were having 10% off sale all the appliances and they had some really good deals on open box appliances. I think you should check that future shop too.

I was going to post the same thing!! My washer broke down and I'm about to toss it as I have no interest in paying any more to fix it. I'm looking for a deal on a laundry machine, top-load (I like them way more than the front-load).
I went to The Brick and noticed that they have I think 40 per cent off their major appliances for their 40th anniversary, plus take 18 months to pay. If you're close by, you might want to take a look.
