to add to that, sometimes if you u call your service provider and tell them you're cancelling your account to switch to one of their competitors then they'll usually refer you to their special calls section and try their best to get you to stay by matching and offering you a better deal. Usually if you know what you want but don't have another service provider offering it, just try to bluff your provider and hopefully they'll take it. LOL
