I just saw your question in a thread about where to find a good Rexall in Vancouver, made me laugh actually! Rexall is popular in my town, because they're the only half decent drugstore in my town. I have a SDM which is awful, doesn't sell half the things advertised in the flyer. That's my experience of Rexall, they're usually best in smaller places, I can't imagine them competing with LD and a decent SDM in a bigger place. They do have good sales just like the other drugstores, and I personally don't care much about the aeroplans they give here, i'd rather get airmiles!
After I posted my message I realized that you also posted on the thread so tried to answer here: http://forum.smartcanucks.ca/3843563-post94.html Hmm one thing - I think it's the list and/or writing on the flyers and clipping the coupons there that maybe works best for me.
Thanks for leaving a comment. Hmmm - what do you mean disciplined? Do you mean having a routine and set of best practices. Or avoiding buying things just cause you have a coupon or it's a good deal.
