    Is there a phone number to contact them about prizes, my thing went through 3 times when i only wanted one plus i entered the wrong information i emailed them about it but havent hear back (i ordered friday) and i want to make sure they dont ship it.

    Dumb question regarding the freezer bags. Are you suppose freeze the bag, then put food in them?

    You could if you wanted to but since there is no part of the bag designed to stay cold (eg. built in ice packs) it's not going to do much. They work more by sealing in the cold. They do work quite well if you slip an ice pack (or some cubes in a ziploc baggie) along with your cold food.
