Playtex - Request coupons every 2 months!

I've called a few times. I've even asked for spare straws/valves for some of my older sippy cups and they've always sent me some! Fantastic customer service!

Awesome! I never thought to do that, I'm giving up on straw sippies. My son drinks from a spout just fine and the straw ones are so much harder to keep clean (plus I've lost various peices of each one :/)

Just called Playtex and the rep was super nice! She said she is going to send me $5 off coupon for any Playtex product Woohoo!

I love this company! You just have to be polite (and maybe compliment the customer service clerk, haha) - $5.00 OFF, love..

I was as polite as I could be. I told her how much I love playtex and that with four young kids we use lots of the kids products and she never even acknowledged my complement she just told me to look on facebook for coupons. I even thanked her and told her to have a good day even though she was not helpful at all. Must depend on the customer service rep that you get.

what if someone doesn't HAVE facebook? How is that fair? I just wrote to them and complimented their product, and ASKED for any coupons they might have, so I will report back on this thread once I get a response or a letter in the mail!

I agree not everyone has facebook and its not fair to assume that either.

I switched mine to the straw ones. I found the spout ones (which are hard spouts) were causing their teeth to shift. I have to admit, I am horrible for keeping my kids in cups with lids for as long as humanely possible. I can't stand the mess they make when they spill them!!
