Sometimes I find some of the prices at Safeway totally outrageous like that price. but on the other hand, we stopped by Save On Foods in Nanaimo here yesterday and I had forgotten how very expensive that store is as we hadn't grocery shopped there for some time.
You would think Jimmy could at least give us British Columbians a break

    Just bought 2 batteries.

50% off on both no problem.

Used 2 $0.75 coupons as well.

    $7.44 after HST

    $7 worth of AMs.

Normally, I don't buy the battery offers as I hardly ever need them but this time I do so it worked out great.

Bob, did you need two 50% off coupons, or did it automatically take the 50% off both? We need to stock up on batteries, and I'd rather not make numerous trips! TIA

    Pop,

Bob, did you need two 50% off coupons, or did it automatically take the 50% off both?
I printed 2 coupons on a single sheet of paper but I think she only keyed the PLU Code in once and it took 50% off both packages.

Well we were going to do either the 7 day Norwegian or the 5 day Holland from LA but it turns out the most important part of the event we are attending is Sunday night and we have hotel booked.

The boats leave at 4:00 pm so in reality we're looking for another one now.

If I wrote a book on AirMiles and we all held an AirMiles collectors convention on a boat I assume I could write part of the trip off for business too!

I'm above 18,000 now. Should get me 3 cruises!

Just got back from my Airmiles shopping. I got the batteries 4@$3.99 a pack and I also bought the Sunsilk Shampoo and Conditioners (6) 355ml bottles at $1.99 each which is a great price for that size and also 40AM's on that purchase for a total of 142 airmiles.

How long does it take you to get that many Airmiles Bob? I strive for at least 100 a week and have been doing usually more than that over this last couple of months but to get 18,000, that is some serious AM collecting.

The 7 day Norwegian priced out at 6,000 AMs total for 2 people. It was/is a repositioning cruise. Price does not include taxes.

I've done 8 cruises so far.

In the past I combined Airflights with Marlin gift certificates purchased with AMs, however Hordosr and I looked at some specific cruises and found we could get some at $0.185/AM. You just have to be willing to go on Norwegian or Carnival. I've been on Carnival before and it's at the bottom of my list.

Holland Cruises seem to require a lot more AMs.
