So 1 L pop (Coke, Diet Coke, Ginerale, or Sprite) is on sale with a great AM deal, I know people know this but i don't believe it has been broken down for anyone yet so here i go..
Scenereo 1
Buy 6 1L pop = 7.50
Eco fee = .12
Deposit = .60
Tax = .38
Total is 8.60
If you use the airmiles to redeem zellers you will eventually get back:
60AM * 0.125 = 7.50
Deposit = .60
Total Returned = 8.10
This means you pay only 50 cents for 6 1L pop.
Scenereo 2
If you go today you can get 10% off which is the better deal as 10x airmiles is only about 6-7% off... therefore:
Buy 6 1L pop = 7.50 - 10% = 6.75
Eco fee = .12 stays the same
Deposit = .60 stays the same
Tax = .38 stays the same
Total is 7.85 after the 10% off
If you use the airmiles to redeem zellers you will eventually get back:
60AM * 0.125 = 7.50
Deposit = .60
Total Returned = 8.10
This means you are essentially paid 25 cents to buy 6 1L pop.

Even better deal.
As someone pointed out earlier the Nestea "Cool" 12 tins which are not part of the B6G60 offering do appear to be part of a separate B2G20 offering.
Many of the boxes also have a B4G$25 Mastercard Gift Card mail in offer.
They are 2 for $8 but as part of today's 10% off on minimum $35 total purchase they are:
2 for $7.20
4 would be $14.40 and you get 40AMs ($5.60) so effectively $8.80 and you get a $25 Mastercard.

June 7 - 13 Flyer:
B$100G125AMs = approx. $17.50 bonus
Royale TP (etc.) B4G100 @ $5.99 each so $24 gets $14 in AMs
Mia Pizza Bella Pizza B4G50 ($7) @ $4.99 each. That's the lowest price I've seen on it with AMs in a while. $20 gets $7 in AMs.
Bonus Coupons:
Good Host Iced Tea Mix 2.35KG B2G50 ($7) @ $8.99 each
Pepsi 6 x 710ml B4G75 ($10.50) $4.50 each
Sponge Towels B2G75 ($10.50) $12.99 each
Purex TP B2G50 ($7) $6.99 each Not as good as the Royale but you only have to buy 2.
Duracell B2G50 ($7) 2 for $7.99 This could be the outstanding offer this week as the P&G booklets come out this weekend and possible coupons might lower the price below the AM value earned.
Butcher's Cut Bacon 1KG B2G40 ($5.60) $12.59 each Not that good a deal IMO as it works out to $5.72 a pound.
Signature St. Louis Ribs B1G30 ($4.20) $9.99 each This is good for this product based on previous offers IMO
Satsuma Mandarin Oranges (5lb) B1G20 ($2.40) @ $6.99
Manufacturers Offers:
Yoplait B5G40 ($5.60) $2.50 to $5.99
Royale B4G100 ($14) $5.99-$6.99
Lysol, Etc. B2G20 ($2.80)/B6G50 ($7) Some products are BOGO others $2.99-$8.99
Vitamins, etc. B2G20 ($2.80)/B4G60 ($8.40) Vitamins 25%off others $7.99 - $21.99
Cereal Revisited:
Not as good as a few weeks back but General Mills (select varieties) B3G20 ($2.80) @ $3.49. However, and depending on which are eligible if you have the $0.50 coupons they're $2.99 each and if you have the coupon B2G1Fibre1 bars free it's a pretty good one.

Okay my local safeway is great. If you forget your flyer coupon you can bring in your receipt and coupon after the fact.
This is the twist. I was driving to a sports tournament and stopped and bought a bunch of snacks for the team in another city. I'm driving back and pretty sure I have the coupon from the flyer at home. Can I ask my "local" safeway in my home city to add the bonus OR does that mean they'll be out of pocket and might not want to do it as it's from a different store/city?
Thanks

I was in the Lloyminister AB Safeway and they have a special card that you can pick up which will give 50 bonus AM for any $60 purchase at THAT PARTICULAR store. It's valid till December 2009.
