    I think this has been mentioned b4 but exactly how does one go about using the coupon for a free pack of jumbo diapers when nobody sems to sell them...Customer service, at least in my experience has been a joke. When you ask a question and reply to the answer you get a new csr the next reply and so it goes in a vicious circle...continuousky I am told to try an online retailer if I cant get a store to accept the coupon ....how exactly do you use a physical coupon for an online retailer...which of course I asked and no reply....
