    Fantastic job walkonby!!!!

    I hate the treadmill!!!!! I do like the elliptical! wish i had the money and space for one!

    I had minor surgery last night, my doc was able to fit me in at the last minute before she goes on vacation today! she rocks!!!! so after fasting ALL day yesterday, and eating 2 homemade chicken burgers( the olymel burgers) last night, all within my points.... Figured I should rest today... so I havent done any exercise for 2 days.... I gotta get back into it tomorrow!!! ( slowly) this better not screw me up for next weeks weigh in!!

    Well Im down 3lbs! so the surgery didnt mess anything up! yay! Grand total loss 26.9lbs!

    Well I knew the weekend Anniversary celebrations would cost me ( the booze sure did not help ) but it was worth it!! I estimated the gain when I edited my loss on page one, really did not weigh and measure today, because Mondays shock was hard enough!

    I wonder if ingesting different forms of salted foods ( smoked fish on the appetizer platter) oh and maybe those sampler cheesecakes we brought back to the hotel room had something to do with this?? ( bwahahahaha!)

    Im sure it wont take you too long to lose those 5lbs! if you ate alot of salty foods, it could be fluid retention....

    Congrats ladies! Everyone is doing AWESOME! I have been at my goal weight since January. I still go to the meetings every week but only weigh in once a month. I don't want to pay so it is great incentive to stay on target.

    I know I had a long way to go till I reach my target... but how are you doing with the maintainence instead of losing?

    Walkonby- the high blood pressure medication Im on makes my ankles swell if Im naughty and eat too much salt...

    I will always have a problem with portion size and self-control so I still measure my servings and track my points. I don't consider it cheating if I have a treat (or 2 ) or go out for dinner as long as I track. I weigh in at the beginning of the month so if I gain a few lbs I cut back on a few points. My challenge is still activity.

    I wish I noticed this thread sooner. I should come here more often instead of the Sunday Sundae thread and Last Thing You Baked thread.

    ssbean - I will have to get more details on this, but I was told once you get to goal weight, you don't have to pay. Unless you did it all online?

    Sorry, no you don't pay as long as you are no more than 2 lbs over your goal weight. Good incentive to stay at goal.

    So I am guessing the 5 lbs of weight I had gained from going away last weekend was water?? ( I did suspect it was from eating salty things) The scale is now showing the weight I was prior to going away now, and that has me feeling happy!!
    This Wed is weigh/measure day....I may bite my nails off till then, lol!!
