$5 off Maple Leaf Portions,
$5 off Maple Leaf marinated boneless skinless Breast, Seasoned Flatten Chicken or Boneless skinless Breast (I like this one the best cause i tend to buy this product)
$5 off Maple Leaf Stuffed Chicken Breast, Chicken Scaloppini Folds or Chicken Tenderloins.
Not to bad puchased the Chicken Portions for $7 something with coupon and recieved another $15 in coupons.

Rexall at Elmvale usually has tear pad coupons set up next to the product that its for. you can use them at other stores too. theres no "zone"

Stopped off at shoppers on Bank n Walkley (there are bunch of same coupons) but no dove nurishing shampoo or conditioner someone must of cleared them out too bad. Should of bought more then one at the other Shoppers.

Found knorr b3g1, splenda 3.00 wyb2 and .60 eagle brand as well as .75 silk soy, .50 oikos yogurt all at food basics this week.

see and I never find coupons at Food basics in Kanata! Until the other day I haven't found much in Kanata!

I believe there are 3 Sobey's in the West end. One Kanata North (just past March and Terry Fox)

One at Hazeldean and Terry Fox (I think)

and the new one in stittsville.
