Tear Pad Coupons *New

I was wondering if anyone has noticed any good coupons in the stores. I keep reading other peoples threads of all the good tearpad coupons they are finding. I only get to places that have coupons zone coupons which you can't really use anywhere but Loblaws company stores, I never see coupon tearpads at walmart. But are there any good coupons at Metro, Shoppers, Food Basics or whatever other store? Please let me know.

Far as I know, only 2 Sobey's ...1 in Barrhaven, 1 further west (near Eagleson). R u looking for anything in particular?

I saw a post of someone who got a bunch from sobey's had a booklet with coupons, i want that and the soda cracker coupon and ms vicky coupon lol. I may bus there just to get them course i don't think this person what in ottawa so there may not be the same.

I live not far from the Sobey's in Kanata. I may wander over later in the day and have a peek around for coupons. I can let you know wat I find.
Having just moved from the experimental farm area to Kanata I can say Kanata is like a coupon goldmine compared to that area. Just yesterday I got the following at food basics:

.50 any 16x100g or 650ml yoplait source yogurt
.75 wyb any 2 campbell's ready to se broths (900ml)
1.00 on ay melitta coffee
.75 on any melitta filter
1.00 on any kelloggs fibre plus cereal
.75 Rice thins brown rice crisps

There were others I didn't need as well like a blue water frozen fish coupon and some dempsters wholegrains bread adn thin bagels. I always find coupons at food basics in Kanata but never see them at other food basics locations.
Walmart in Kanata has never had coupons when I have been there which is often. I don't think many Walmarts anywhere have coupons.

I believe there are 3 Sobey's in the West end. One Kanata North (just past March and Terry Fox)

One at Hazeldean and Terry Fox (I think)

and the new one in stittsville.

Metro has tear pad coupons in the aisle's...I just got one for 1.00 off Fiber Plus Cereal...and they had another one for some coffee brand starts with M.. uh mellitia or something like that, it had a dollar off and attached to it had 75 cents off coffee filters...I used the coffee filters one cuz they had them on sale as well...good deal.

Which shoppers do you go to? I usually go to Bank and Walkley on and they had lots of coupons
