Run don't walk away from this location!!!!
The staff are notoriuosly rude and under trained in the company policies.
I just got back from there where I had one of the rudest cashiers ever. To make a long storey short (trust me you'll thank me for it ) the cashier argued with me that LD will stop stacking, no one else allows stacking, they will change the wording on coupons to actually say "no stacking allowed" because of LD, and that because RCSS allows you to use 2 coupons that is NOT stacking. My reply to the last coment was "Oh. I'm sorry, I always figured stacking meant more than one?".
When I said I had $XX in diapers and wipes and $XX in coupons she replied very snottily "yeah, we'll see" WHAT???? I think I can add you baffoon can you? You troll of a women!
Ok. I feel better now . Thanks for letting me rant .
I need a mojito now

Update #1
This is the coupon policy email:
Chapter 7: COUPONS
Coupon Policies
The following coupons may be accepted at London Drugs:
• Manufacturer’s standard coupons
• Manufacturer’s coupons exclusive to London Drugs
• London Drugs issued coupons
• Internet coupons under $2.00
Number of coupons accepted:
• More than one coupon may be accepted for a product, if each coupon comes from a different media source. The different media sources may include coupons from a newspaper, magazine, internet, bottle caps or in-store manufacturer’s exclusive coupons.
• The following limitations printed on a coupon would prevent a customer from using multiple coupons:
• Not to be used in conjunction with other coupons
• Not to be used with other offers
• No coupon stacking allowed ***I have yet to see that
• If the coupons combined value exceeds the price of the product, process the last coupon for the remaining amount to not exceed the value of the product.
• UPC Code: Most coupons are printed with a UPC code which is used as a means for the manufacturer to track where the coupon was from. If two coupons look the same but have different UPC’s, they are considered different coupons as long as other limitations are not printed on the coupon. i.e. not to be used with other coupons, no coupon stacking allowed etc.
Once again please don’t hesitate to contact us at anytime if you require assistance.
Tons of coupons like Brandsaver(both online and flyers) say "limit one coupon per purchase" which according to the email and the convo I had with a manager at Langley LD last year these are still fineThis thread is currently associated with: London Drugs, Real Canadian Superstore RCSSLast edited by harbie; Sun, Aug 22nd, 2010 at 12:36 PM.

Wow, what a rude cashier!!!! Time to write emails and make phone calls, someone needs a reminder that without customers she would be jobless!!! It doesn't matter if you use coupons or not, stores do not loose money accepting coupons. Sorry you had such a bad shopping experience.

That's kinda what I told her. I said that IF the day ever comes that LD stops allowing stacking I will shope elsewhere. If I wanted to pay higher prices like at LD I would shop at SDM and at least get points for it!.
LD will loose alot of customers/$$$ if they do that.
Maybe they just need to clarify the policy and make it that you can't stack AND pm at the same time. Whatever they do they'd better not remove stacking altogether.

the policy is fine. These cashiers that have a problem with us doing it had best get over it. I have never before spent so much money at LD, and we are talking into the thousands now in a few months since I shop for numerous people, and wish to continue to do so.........as long as they have this policy.

nope, it's just like any other LD.......
it all depends on which staff member you are dealing with...
(the first thing I do when I walk into Abby LD is glance at customer service and see who is working that day..............that determines for me what items I'll stack.....(some won't pricematch certain store sales, some won't do coupon adjustments of more than .01, or at all, etc.)
....and some staff are just awesome!....
