    l have made it my mission to do ROAK to people at least one a week as l know that it puts a on people's faces. As older SC's we get a lot of coupons that newbies and others don't seem to find and l remember what it was like to get started here even though l have been couponing for 30 years. So l will be doing at least one ROAK everyweek to people who l see in the links looking for things that l may have. Anyone who wants to join me, WELCOME ABOARD.

    l know that lots of us do it regularly, just want to get more involved, l think it really makes both the receiver and giver very happy. What a great way to start or end a week.

    Thank you l know that as smart canucks (seniors) we can only use so many dove products aveeno, and so on so if a new canuck especially for me out west can receive a free bottle (excluding taxes) it will really make them happy and l think to make themselves better canucks. l know that we all do our part for charities but this is a little way of giving back to our fellow couponers
