in the past 2 weeks I purchased 20 loaves of Jakes Bake house bread for $1.25. I went to No Frills and bought 5 loaves of bread that were on sale for 1.00 each - .75 coupon = .25 a loaf for a total of 1.25. Each loaf had a $1 coupon on them so I went back a few days later and got 5 more loaves FREE!!!! When I saw the next weeks flyers and the bread was still on sale for $1 I went back 2 more times. That is approx .06 a loaf
my freezer has enough bread in it for a few weeks now, and 5 more $1 coupons for more bread.

I'm sure they will come out with new ones They had better, or else I don't know what I'm going to do! lol I love D'italiano, and between pink stickers and .75 coupons I haven't paid more than .75 all year. It is fantastic to get great coupons for staples like this, when you consider the hundreds of dollars people spend one ONE ITEM such as bread for an entire year.

lol when I was in Zehrs yesterday, in the checkout line, the woman's total in front of me was 290$! I nearly threw up! And it wasn't a ton of things, just a bunch of regular priced pop, etc, etc. The thought of paying that much makes me dizzy lol.

Nice that you got so many loaves though Badkins. I went a few days ago to use the dollar off coupons, hoping I'd get two more on the new loaves I bought but there were no coupons on those bags.

I have 6 of the $ 1.00 Jake cpns left from the bags , but the NF $ 1.00 sale is over now ( I think ) , so I will wait till it goes on sale again

BTW Loblaws has the Wonder Sliced Bread ( 675 gm ) ..on sale for $ 1.24 ( half price sale ) ...there are 0.75 cpns out there for any Wonder bread so you can get cheap bread 0.49 bread @ Loblwas if you want in case you still need more bread

They have Whole Wheat , White & Enriched White bread @ Loblaws .

I've really enjoyed getting the free bread as well. Why bother checking the reduced bakery area if you can get fresh bread for free!
