My step son is now recieving death threats and none stop prank calls from some idiot somewhere that read his profile. He didn't have anything offencive on it. But it did have his full name, full address, phone number, school he went to, how many people live in his house. All that sorta information. TOO MUCH INFORMATION!! His mom has had to change her phone number and is now moving.
This is scary... and REAL.

Check out YOUR profile. Make sure it's very minimal with how much information it contains.

That is scarey! I noticed a lot of young people put that information on their "Live Spaces" sites, similar to MySpace. There are a lot of strange people out there, and its too easy for them to prey on our young. I personally think that those sites shouldn't even make it an option to enter personal info like that.. Why do they even need it? Parents have more than enough to worry about.
