Good point! First of all, as explained previously I ended up not buying the gas card version. I ended up paying around $135 for the 40 boxes. Your question is still valid though.
My first point, even if I never ate any of it, I still got a $150-$160 brand new iPod for less than $135. Not bad.
The second point, this will not go stale for many months so I have lots of time. In fact, I finished off the first box last night. With my daughters and wife assisting I won't have a problem. If I want I could also put half the boxes in my storage freezer to extend the life.
One thing I did learn from all this...when you see a good deal, GRAB IT FAST! Many of the boxes I bought still had the previous promotion on it (the one with free juice or milk). If I had done the purchase last Sunday (the day the coupons expired and the day the Save on Flyer points coupons started) I could have bought about 15 cans of Minute Maid juice in addition to the cereal and the iPod.
Another point...watch your coupons strictly. I received my new Save on Flyer yesterday and it has an offer of 2,500 points if I buy 4 Cadbury chocolate bars. That would mean roughly $4 for 2,500 points or $16 for 10,000 points or $64 for 40,000 points...which is what I needed for the iPod. That's a fairly good iPod deal...the price? Just 64 chocolate bars!
That's a fantastic deal for points and I may just stock up on chocolate bars and give them away at Halloween. I can then keep my points for awhile and redeem them when another good deal comes along.

The best deal I could find in the rewards is the $200 Uniglobe travel voucher for 45000pts. With this chocolate bar deal (2500pts WUB 4), it would cost the price of 80 chocolate bars to get a $200 travel voucher. Quite a steal if you ask me.

Has anyone received confirmation from kelloggs that it is 1 per envelope? To me the wording is a little confusing and could be interpreted as 1 request per for (they put 1 per order not 1 per envelope).

I called and asked about the 'no purchase necessary' mail-in offer and was told that you only get a coupon for a chance to win the 'big' prize and not the gas card offer.
Hope that helps someone.

so no big surprise Kelloggs is again up to no good. I received my card, but not the other four. I contacted them and received a response saying I wouldn't get the other 4 because it is one request per envelope, I wrote back saying no it says one per order, my opinion is that an order is a mail in rebate and that if this is the case send me back my 4 other rebate forms and I will send them in individual envelopes, we will see how they respond. They better handle this fairly otherwise my family of 6 will never buy a Kellogs product again, and I will return the 13 boxes of SP-k blueberry I have an any other kellogs products I find.

I received all 5 of my cards yesterday I mailed them out on August 23. So that was pretty quick IMO.
