    I have been going on this site now for a few months but never really introduced myself. At first it was random and now daily. I am constatly checking flyers and clipping and printing coupons and have learned to be patient with sales and yes I am guilty of trying to get almost everything free, usually I am unsuccessful but when I do it's a real sense of acomplishment.

    Plus it also helps my local food bank!

    I am a busy mom with 3 young boys and every bit helps. I was a single mom at one point with my oldest and it was a very tough time so I try to help the local food bank when I can.

    I have posted a few threads including a full list of canadian store coupon policies to help out others and I try to share as many Free deals as I can find!

    This weeks free deal is at Superstore in my area. They have Resolve laundry Spray & Wash on sale for $2.00 and then their Coupon Zone has a $2.00 off any Resolve.

    Be frugal not a shelf clearer.
