Thought you guys might get a kick out of this. Take a look at the reaction photos taken in the attraction. Some of them are pretty funny, especially the positions people get caught in mid-leap and the expressions on their faces!

Okay. Not being a fan of halloween and all the "scary" costumes out there, has anyone been to this exhibit? What's so frightening? Seriously....it's make-believe, so I don't understand the fright. Surprise, maybe?
I'm not being snarky...I just really don't understand it....

I can't go to things like that because I think my first reaction would be to punch them in the face if they jumped out at me LOL!!!

^ Every time somebody posts that picture it just reminds me how terrible that movie was. Don't ever spend money to watch that movie!
Also, I haven't completely figured it out, but from comments it seems that they build up your fear until the end, having you walk through with noises and other things building up the scare, and then at the very end where the pictures are taken, it looks like a car is about to crash into you, the headlights are the brightness.
EDIT: Gosh darnit videos don't wanna work. Search Train Horn Prank on youtube!
I figure it must be something like that, and those people freak out just from the noise in broad daylight. It'd be even scarier if it was built up with spooks beforehand and then BOOM LOUD NOISE.Last edited by Chantel; Fri, Oct 28th, 2011 at 03:02 PM.

Went there, totally scared me. The big part is that at least when I went, you are pretty much completely in the dark, so it more or less plays tricks on the mind, then combined with the fact there are people jumping out, touching you etc, one room where I think the wall must slide, because all of a sudden the door disappears and there is literally no way out, at least for 30 seconds or so, enough time for me it seemed like a long while. Freaked me out, but I don't like the dark, so it worked on me.

I went to this a few years ago - completely freaks you out!! You have to hold onto someone just for your bearing cause it is pitch dark and you will lose you balance easily
