Refuse the package and email P&P and they will fix the problem and send it without COD or customs orders. Happened to me and it was resolved plus at one point on their site they told Canadians to do that if they ran into these problems. Do not pay for anything, they will fix it for you

thanks Amy...I did end up emailing P&P but didn't hear anything back yet...I told my mail man to send it back but there so stupid here they'll resend it again on Monday then ill be able to take a better look at it...I didn't know that we Canadians can refuse if the money owing...thanks for the advice I really appreciate it
