Suggestion: Weekly Unadvertised Deals / Clearance Thread

The deals/flyer thread gets pretty cluttered with I found xyz for $1 on sale at Shoppers when its not in the flyer and the price is not valid everywhere. they are semi brags but not always bought to report them as a brag

What do you think of having a weekly unadvertised deals wiki thread where all of these could go (I am happy to start it each week)

Sounds great! Yes the deals section is getting very cluttered lately..so this would be awesome!

Good idea, the flyers are getting pushed to the second page on the first day now which means there are too many other things happening in there. lol

I would also like to add please specify the exact store location because things differ so greatly from one to another. One Metro may have a bin of one particular item and others do not.

This happened a couple of weeks ago at Maxi where they were clearing out Dove for $2 but only at that store because of over stock.

If it's a deal or something found at a certain store in a particular city, why is it not posted under that city's own thread?
It's tough enough sometimes to sort out the whole east/west thing as it is.

It probably would take even longer to get tidied in those forums, I dont think you can expire your threads in them? Plus if its a store like No Frills, many locations will have the same unadvertised deals

but if it was a wiki for the week of Nov 4-10 with a layout of

Store > City, Prov > Location > Item > Price
