Has Kraft Dinner Gotten More Fluorescent?

Just bought some Kraft Dinner for the first time in over a year. First thing I noticed when I opened the cheese pouch is that the cheese powder was almost glowing orange. I don't remember the powder being so fluorescent!

Once I mixed the powder with the pasta the dinner seemed to be it's normal shade of orange, but the powder just spooked me.

I always thought it was a weird color. My children won't touch that stuff. We only buy the President's Choice White Cheddar Mac & Cheese.
