I only started clipping coupons about two weeks ago, so i'm just starting to figure out how to get the most of their value!

So...yesterday I opened an HBC credit card account, which gave me -15% off purchases at Zellers when paying with it all weekend (Friends and Family event)

Here's the breakdown of what I got:
    Listerine 9 x $5.49 Listerine (with $5 off coupon/each)
    Degree Men deodorant 6 x $1.49 (reg $3.69) (with 50¢ off coupon/each)
Free bag of Aero Bubbles $3.99

I paid just about the taxes at a little over $8!!! I would have bought more, but I cleared the Listerine!!! Hoping to hit up another zellers today, as I have other Listerine coupons and BOGO offers that I can use!

Yes I just printed multiple coupons and Yes it's the $5 Listerine whitening (it's the small 483ml) bottle. It's the only place that i've seen that small bottle. I basically paid the taxes on everything I bought. Unrelated....Is there any store in Canada that will let you use your coupons and not have to pay the taxes on them???? Maybe that's unheard of, but thought i'd ask since i'm new at it

Great deals! And to answer your question about the taxes....You will pay the tax on the FULL PRICE of every product you buy unless you have a coupon for a free product and then you won't pay the tax.

In BC you have to pay the taxes on FPC's as well.

If the coupon is worth more than the product and there's room for tax in it, they'll let u do that in Montreal!
