Can u use your 5.00 off coupon and B1 scrubbing bubbles toilet kit get a refill free within the same transaction?

It all depends on the cashier/store. Safeway has allowed it for me and sometmes they don't.

I did it at Metro. I figured it wasn't stacking because the $5 off was for the first product and the B1G1 is for the second product, so 2 coupons and 2 products doesn't equal stacking to me. I hope it works for you.

To me, this is stacking. You need to buy the Scrubbling Bubbles kit to get the $5 off AND you need to buy the kit to get the refill for free. You are using two coupons on the same product.
