    not only have i not received this at all but i just tried to email them using all 3 of the email addressed provided on their contact up page of their website. everyone i got a postmaster delivery failure notification email. i then tried to reply directly to one of the emails they sent me and same delivery failure notification. I'm sorry but what kind of reputable company makes it so you cant contact them and why bother to even have the useless info on the site at all? i have absolutely no faith left in this company at all.

    Email them if you didn't get it. I replied to them when they sent me a newsletter, saying I hadn't even gotten the package yet. within a week it was here.
