first part, easy..second part ....well you could buy 2L pop bottles...they are on sale, 4 for $5....

Just took my 3 daycare children. Annika is 5 and I decided to let her buy a child's rake so she and the others could help with the leaves. They fought over who was carrying it back to the bus stop...LOL. So 6.99-5.00. Then I purchased batteries for 7.89 (reg. 13.29) plus Planters Cashews at 2.49. THEN SCRATCHED A 10.00 CARD. WOW........the cashier said it was her first one today!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

That's awesome! I wish I got $10 or even $25..save me from going on multiple trips.

I bought a box of the chocolate bars on the front page of the flyer and used my $5 scratch card.

im going to get 2 of the lysol no touch soap (im going to price match to walmart $9.97). Im then going to use the new smartsouce coupons for these for $5 off each which would bring my total to $9.94. Im sure my card will be a $5 off so total will be $4.94. THEN im going to use my mail in rebate B1G1 Free!!! so i will be up about $5 after i get the rebate.

Now what to do with the 4 other scratch cards i have? Julyprincess, im def going to use your idea and get the garbage bags and $0.05 washer! love it!

hubby asked for a card at customer service, they said none in store only in flyers! grrr. oh well i had mine from the flyer. got a broom @ 4.99 so just paid the tax

Yes my total was over 10.00 before i scratched. My DH works at CT. He came home on his break and told me someone scratched 50.00 and was only buying 3.00 worth. The cashier let him go and pick out items to total 50.00.

Technically, I think you have to sign the back of every card, but often the cashier doesn't ask you if its only for the $5 off. BTW, The answer for the math question is 31. My cashier actually told me the answer as well

Canadian Tire is about the only flyer I don't get .... there is no carrier in my neighbourhood for the past year for the flyer pack from our local paid newpaper.

I don't know much about tools, but I know you can use it between two bolts/nuts to further tighten them or something like that...

If you're crafty you can use them for earring dangles!

Got a humidifier filter (desperately needed it) reg 8.99 - $5 + GST = $4.44.

While wandering the store some FOOL left a scratch just laying there *SCORE* so like a smart person I grabbed it....did a quick time check, and be-lined it to the OTHER CT and grabbed garbage bags (really needed too). I'd love to find a few more, those coffee cups would make eggcellent additions to some gift baskets for Christmas, my fingers are crossed

BTW , they have some CFL bulbs ( 3 packs for about 7 bucks ) .. you can get them if you want .

You will save lot of energy/hydro bill this winter with them , they also last longer & use much less energy than the regular bulbs .

My hydro bill has gone down considerably after I replaced almost all the bulbs in my house with them

Mine didn't come in my flyer and went to customer service and explained and they gave me one without issues. The flyer itself says that you can pick one up from customer service (right on the front page), so they shouldn't give you a hard time.
