Hi there I am a newbie to the forum and to couponing. I have been obsessed with getting coupons and saving money.
I am a SAHM kinda WAHM to 4 kids, and a husband. Any advice/tips are much appreciated!

Welcome to the group. The best advice I can give is to learn your prices, and watch the sales to match your coupons with. That is what will save you the most money other than stacking (which you can do at London Drugs). I also have found trading coupons to be very helpful to trade unwanted coupons for needed ones.

Welcome Alexis! Just a head's up, down at the bottom of the forums are "Local" forums. If you check out the Winnipeg forums there are a bunch of us there. Also, there is a coupon meet on Sunday at 11am at the St. Vital mall by the Chapter's entrance. There will be a big table of us and our coupons. Even if you don't have many coupons you would be very welcome to come.
We take our envies of coupons and they go around the table and everyone takes freely from the envelopes if it's something they think they can use. And trust me there are always tons of coupons left over. If you are new to couponing in general it will be a great opportunity for you to meet people, discuss couponing and get yourself a stash of coupons! If you post a "wishlist" in the thread I've link below and let them know you're coming then people may be able to pre-pack a few coupons for you.

To get a wishlist started, you can even be basic like:
Cheese
Bread
Cereal
Toothpaste, etc.
