First of all I would like to say I LOVE Sobey's. Some stuff can be over priced, but they have great sales and their staff is always great, from the cashiers to the guys stocking the shelves.

Just the Highlights of my deals

Dempsters hotdog buns 99c - $1 coupon = FREE
Dempsters Hamburger Buns 99c -$1 coupon = FREE
Lean Ground Beef aprox 2lbs = $2.36
4x Blue Berries @ $1.67 = $6.68 (my son loves blue berries and this is the cheapest I've seen them since the summer)
12 dbl rolls of Cashmere $3.99 - $1 coupon = $2.99
Old Dutch Chips $2.69 - $2 = 69c
2x M&Ms 3.99 - BOGO = $3.99

The best part of it was the cashier was fantastic. First of all she thanked be for letting her know that my son ate a crossiante in the store.

Then she apologized for having to read the coupons, saying that she just had to check the expiry dates. She just took a quick look and didn't roll her eyes, glare at me etc. Of course I said no problem and I apologized saying I know I'm a bit of a pain. She said oh no, its no problem at all. She was so friendly and nice.

I have never had a problem using a coupon at Sobeys and the cashiers never make me feel like I'm stealing for using them. I think they must /treat their staff well.

Wow its so nice to be treated politely, yesterday for me seemed like snarly cashier day. The Sobeys I go to here is usually quite nice during the week but on weekends they get so busy they are working hard they don't get rude but are not so chatty.

My local sobeys is like that too, never had problems with using coupons and they are so nice and friendly!
