Manitoba refused the HST and we are so happy about that. I am sorry BC has to deal with it. It is one reason I would not move there, I LOVE BC but its expensive. I am happy for you all there I hope one day they can rid you of the HST.

I just about crapped my pants when I heard... about 2 mins after it happened. VICTORY!! For the moment.... Now hopefully the rest will follow. Loved the tremble in his voice as he was talking, I wonder if this was the party's choice, not his.

Anyone from that party, the liberals will be the same. Those people love money and they will take candy from a Baby. What I mean is that they will make the poorest of the province suffer, they don't care.
But on the other hand if the NDP got back into power next election and God forbid Carol James was premier, this province would be screwed, blued and tattooed in a year. I have nothing against her but I don't think she could run the province. Heck, she couldn't run a second hand store
Taking my wife out for dinner Friday night.

Well he was forced to resign who spends and ridiculious amount of money in a 30min commiercal of air time to tell ya that first he approved of that HST bill and secondly to tell ya you were getting more money because well we are going to cut spending to this one area to give it to another part of the government.
He was caught with his trousers down more then once and many years when he was caught drinking and driving in hawaii...no one questioned him then?Live, Love, Laugh

THANK GOD!!!
That man has screwed this province terribly, especially the loggers and the fishermen...and everyone else too...and who does he think he is to establish a new zero tolerance drinking campaign, when he himself has been convicted of drinking and driving and was never punished...I think he was forced, especially after the HST crap.
Good riddance
