I got the e-mail saying they had run out too as did my friend at work. Makes no sense to give 4 boxes to some people and none to others. I will go back to ordering mine from Keurig, my local Timothy's just lost a customer!!

I got my confirmation email on Dec 17 and received email from Timothy's today saying they ran out of samples.

Has anyone who received the confirmation e-mail on the 17th or 18th also been told that they will not receive a sample? Some people are speculating that they sent the samples out in reverse order, but I have a felling it was more random than that...

Would love the be able to look at some of the dates...

Was there limits on this promo? I didn't participate, but I'm just curious. I looked it up on Kijiji and someone is selling 24 Timothy's pumpkin and 24 Columbian decaf.

I got my samples today in BC, my mom ordered the same day (dont remember what day) and she hasnt gotten anything or heard from them. . . . wish i could share with the people who didnt get anything.... thats too bad

I ordered the first day Dec. 16th and got confirmation. Ordered for a friend later the same day. She got hers on Tuesday and I didn't get mine. I didn't get the email Dear John either. So my fingers are crossed.

Well, maybe The Shadow knows, but I have my doubts. Especially considering that awful movie version back in the 90's that was in theatres for like a minute and doesn't even play on discount cable channels which, is like the definition of a bad movie and.........

But seriously, it's not the first time something has been promised and then not delivered. Freebie ordering works great when you never expect it to arrive. I've gotten countless confirmation emails for websaver and save.ca freebies that never arrived. Free food ones. You know, the food that tastes better than the same food that costs money.

'Cause it's free. Plus, maybe the cashier was cute and giggled at your stupid jokes. You know, the one about the rain bringing all the crazies out, and then you point at yourself and nod-self deprecatingly? No? Try it some time and maybe YOU TOO CAN GET OVERAGE!!

Back to the non-received-yet-confirmed-freebies. Am I freaking out? No. Am I launching an investigation? No. Am I calling my lawyer? No.....although my Mom's quite the firecracker and I bet she'd grab her wooden spoon and go to town on those free stuff promising, non-delivering, email confirming no good.....

So, you clicked a link and filled out some info. What'd it take you, like 30 seconds? I'm a really keen guy with a really high opinion of myself but my 30 seconds tends to be pretty worthless at the best of times. Like when I stare out the window at the red dogwoods in the hedge and marvel at their redness against the blanket of white snow. And remember that time in Zurich. I was a rakish young Canadian, she a charming, multi-lingual coquette. And....

Really though, there is the saying "A day late and a dollar short." I guess in this instance it was "a day late and a free shipment of k-cups short". Or "the k-cup is only half-full"......or "this free box promotion has left me nothing but a box full of disappointment". Or some such. I'm getting tired and needing bifocals so forgive me if the words start to swim in front of me.

I need you all to "cowboy up". To "suck it up, princess/prince, and move on".

Get the hell off the interwebs and off that Facebook thing. Stop using LOL all the time for stuff that isn't even remotely interesting or giggle worthy. Stop getting up at 6 in the morning and hanging around the computer to get a two dollar coupon that won't be available until 12 hours later. And then you won't have enough other coupons to make up an order. Or your computer will freeze. Or the dog needed to go out and kill that last bit of green grass in an otherwise dead/grass free lot.

Smell the air. Marvel at the sky(unless you're in downtown Toronto and can't find the sky) before the Mayan ghosts take it all away at the end of the year.

Go to a neighborhood pub and ask out that special someone you've been shyly longing for all this time. Tell then you've gotta get it done before the Mayan ghosts take it all away at the end of the year.

Or, if all else fails, assume there will be other freebies.

Just look at Tara, and say, "Home. I'll go home, and think of some other freebie I can get. Tomorrow is another day."(apologies to Margaret Mitchell, and "Tara" can be an "insert-name-here-thingy").

Sad to say but I got the 'ran out of product' email this afternoon too.
It isn't sitting well with me though that I had called and the rep assured me that if I got a confirmation by email that I would get the promotion.
Glad to hear that so many SCs got their K-cups though...it was pretty exciting waiting for such a big freebie.
