Yes, the parents section would get a lot more views. It is located under the "forum" tab, right near the general tea room.
Sorry I have no idea how much daycare is in Toronto. I know I pay $40 a day, south east of TO.

$40 / D....wow, what a fortune....what if someone has 3 kids....they better stay at home than work for bankrupsy....here in Qc...we have $7 / D daycare....wherewver you live and whatever your assets are....

It's $40 a day here in Ottawa for a 17 month old at a caregiver's home. Daycares can cost up to $50 per day. It's crazy!

Yep, it's fairly costly! We only have DD in daycare 2 times a week, to try and get her motivated to start talking. She's also starting speech theraphy this month (she's 22 months). We have her in a centre based daycare that is much like a pre-school. She's been in for 2 months and we've already seen a lot of improvement.
I couldn't imagine having multiple kids in daycare every week day. Ouch!
OP: you can also try the local section. Just click on the "local" tab and scroll down to the Toronto area. Perhaps more moms in your area will see your post that way.
