I was so close...got to choosing my samples, but no submit button and the pictures weren't showing up. Now the site is down for maintenance again

and now it says "we'll be back again"

on another note, how are people ordering so many for others? its one per household :S

I was having problems with the confirmation going through, I've just checked my email and it did go through but I still have to click on the link to confirm the order-and it just goes to the maintenance page I have one hour before it expires, so hopefully the site will be up and running before time runs out.

One piece of advise for those who confirm the page but are not sure to get the sample, use the print scrn on your computer and save the image. In that way if you need to email them in the future you have something to demonstrate that you did what you needed to do. I know it sounds like a lot of work but is worth it.

I ordered for my sister in law....I filled out everything for her using her address and information, and had the confirmation email sent to one of my alternative emails since she was still at work and couldn't do it herself.

I wouldn't be so sure about that yet. Someone earlier in the day said they only had an option of 2, but when I did it tonight for my sister in law there was still an option of 8. I'd try again once the site is back up.

Super frustrating...initially had 8 samples, confirming didn't go through, then down to only one sample...can't even get that one.

I'm sooooo sick of their site's issues- I FINALLY got to select my samples and the confirmation email came but the link to confirm wouldn't work and now my one hour to confirm is up. All I get is "we will be right back" on their page. Sigh.

Finally got mine I just let the confirmation email thing hang for a while and then suddenly it said your order has already been confirmed , so guess it worked , I got to choose 5 samples but from what im seeing looks like the site is down again ....

Well, if that doesn't just suck! People getting multiples and nothing left for those of us who couldn't get in earlier .... grrr!!!
