Found in the middle of the street in my neighborhood (Vancouver area). Yes coupons can be found anywhere!! This booklet was in a cellophane wrapper with a sticker on the outside indicating available at London Drugs and HY Louie (parent company LD). Folded inside the booklet was a sample of the product.

He said there was a Dr. Oetker truck there giving out FREE PIZZA (sure to attract a teenager) and they gave out the coupon with the pizza.

I was just about to post this! I also spotted this coupon (same UPC) in Toronto on the ground as I left a music festival Friday night. I assume it came from the pizza truck that was there. Too bad I had already eaten! If I had known they had coupons I would've made an exception lol.
