I bought a toy for my son at Shoppers on the last bonus redemption day. Lost my receipt, and the toy broke (figures). Took it back to the store on the off chance they'd exchange it. And they just handed me a new, identical toy - no receipt needed. Not sure how they'd treat a 'return' but if you're exchanging, it should be okay.
