yep she says it's perfectly normal, my brain is just looking for something else to think about, be happy about, etc ... and that if i allow myself a certain time each day eventually i'll get bored

i cried bc i hate everything LOL ... and nothing gets me really excited ... but she says hobbies don't have to make you be like "WOWWWWWWWW this is the greatest thing EVER!!!!!!!!" they just need to fill the time and be regular amounts of enjoyable LOL

i have real issues because i OBSESS over things ... and so i am looking for a hobby that will like change my life or something

she is trying to teach me that i am GETTING better ... not there yet but GETTING THERE ... and to stop being so hard on myself and seeing everything so cut and dry because there is a whole world of in between and that's where most people are
