Ah..

What are you using to send the email? Usually that's a port issue, but it's using 25, so it may be a setup issue.

You might have something in whatever program you are using that has an option to check off that the server requires authentication; then in the advanced settings, you would put in your user ID & password.

Of course I'm just throwing that out there since I don't know what you're using to send mail
