I had also requested some coupons in December and they told me they would send a few $1 coupons in the mail. Never rec'd.

I spoke to a very nice customer rep who told me she would send 5 $1 coupons to me (this was the first week of Jan/12). The very next day, I received an email requesting feedback about Colgate-Palmolive customer service. Of course I rated them favourably as I was pleased to be receiving coupons. I am still waiting for these coupons to arrive but I'm starting to think they are not coming.
