hahaha Poor man.

I had a Kashi FPC so I bought BM a box of their granola bars... the chocolate cherry ones. Well bloody hell if he doesn't like the stuff. (of course AFTER i got rid of all my Kashi coupons) I have 1 left for 0.50 I think. I'll have to hunt those down tomorrow when I go with Patty.

Now I'm hungry... lol there's nothing good to eat with all these restrictions! No salt, no sugar, no fun blah blah blah. Of course I'm craving salty foods right? Like you craving cereal when your blood's all iron'd up. (I know iron'd isn't a word... ironned in the sense I'm talking isn't either but I like 'iron'd' so I used it)

My dad has high iron for like 6 years now...they told him to go on that blood thing where they remove blood to lower the iron he said hell no lol

- no OJ, no oranges, no tomatoes, no peppers, no tomatoes (all increase absorbtion)
- no cereal, no red meat, no enriched pasta *try finding non enriched pasta* no beans, lentils, no turkey
wtf is left to eat?

oooh and spinach, the stuff with iron, yeah thats different iron, I can eat that!

Well my dad used to be an alcoholic so Im sure his liver looks like that lol
He eats very well...has cut out all of the above u mentioned...he is 68 and in better shape then me...so sad really lol he walks 8km a day...for fun! This summer he did a 20k to prove to himself he could...then after he almost got attacked by a momma bear...gah the man worries me beyond words haha
