I still haven't received mine yet!
Also I was wondering if anyone is having problems with the discs? It happens to me at least once a package. I go to put the disc in and it lights up the cup+ part and not the brewing part. I hope that made sense. (Maybe I am doing something wrong? It almost seems like it isn't reading the barcode.) Anyways I would love some feedback!<HR>

I received mine last week, however, there was no mention about replacing the T-Discs
I haven't had a problem with the discs that you mention.

I still have not rec'd the new part or the mailer for the t-discs. I called Tassimo again today and they say they have no record of my original call so I had to go through the process again and it will take another 3-4 weeks to process. I like my Tassimo but customer service is awful!

nope
I called them a number of weeks ago now to confirm that they received my mailing of the two box fronts. They had, so I'm guessing that it's just VERY slow processing on their part. I've heard rumours that the compensation will only be for a box of the espresso discs. I'll be little annoyed if that's the case as mine came out of latte boxes.

I received my new part over a month ago and just yesterday I received a cheque for my faulty discs as well as one FPC. I really hope that you all get your replacements! I am so fed up with their customer service.

I received an email from them today and my cheques was processed on May 9th but will take another 4-6 weeks until I get it? Weird...but they are reimbursing me for all of my product.
