I did mine the first day I put this up and still haven't gotten confirmation but as said they said it can be shipped withing 7 days and they had over 33,000 to send out. take a breathe and keep calm im sure they're going to come.

it also seems to depend on what card you picked maybe? I hear alot of people are receiving their sobeys card, myself included.

Completed on the 11th, shipping email on the 15th, received 16th.

You can opt to not give your OHIP number. You can pretty much opt out of all questions your not willing to answer except your name and address and phone number.

True, i did not input my Ohip number.
And opted out, or chose "prefer not to answer" for the questions I felt were too personal...like my hip measurements....it would just make me sad to see the number!

True, it could depend on which card was ordered - I see a LOT of Sobey's ones being recieved but no others so that could make sense.

I received an email on Friday stating Esso Card has been shipped.
I did the survey on Feb 11

They mentioned in my email that it may take sometime to get the card you chose if they have gone out of stock but apparently not to worry because they would get them out promptly when they get more stock. I figure because my family members and myself all chose Walmart or Canadian Tire they might have been the biggest ones I suspect and therefore run out much faster.

I think they do different surveys. this one was different and the gc is great!

still no answer on my Best Buy Gift card.. did it like 2 weeks ago!!

as said there was over 30,000 people doing this survey that qualified. they said they'd email you when they're shipped but that if there is a bit in between hearing from them that it's because the card you selected ran out of stock and that you'd receive a shipped email ASAP once they re-stocked.
