When WM accepts competitor coupons like this they are giving the item to you for free. Its listed as $2 and the coupon is $2 off, so they aren't making money whereas with the price matching they are.

I'm not sure why so many people are confused as to how this with the Rexall coupons isn't wrong and how they are comparing it to price matching. They are two completely different things. One (PM'ing) WM gets money. Two, competitor coupons like in this case they get nothing. Huge difference.

So if WM sold the item for $10 and accepted the Rexall coupon for $2 - then there is $8 in WM pocket. Is that ok with you? It's clearly ok with WM because they choose to accept the Rexall coupons as confirmed by several people on this thread, myself included.

And by having this policy, yes sometimes they'll lose out but again (1) they want you shopping in their store, not at Rexall and (2) WM won't go broke over a few bottles of Lysol - if it was such a big problem, I'm sure the store manager would go hide their inventory in the warehouse until the coupons expired.

OK. Update for me. I went and asked all the right questions at Customer Service before buying. Asked about a limit and they said no limit. I didn't want to be greedy so I took 9. Three of each (toilet bowl cleaner/all purpose/wipes).They rang it in as a PM. So zeroed out the $ amount. So I didn't even pay tax. All were free. Great brag.

However not too long later (after someone posted on Facebook in our local area). 2 ladies came in and cleared ALL of the stock. Took absolutely everything. And got it all for free. The shelves were full when I had shopped this morning. So I guess my 9 items were nothing to these ladies. I don't know how Wal-Mart does it/allow it.It seems ridiculous to me. But I asked and I could have cleared the shelves I guess too (never would have as it is terribly wrong). But Wal-mart is a big company. And they see on their reports all these items for zero. So at the end of the day if they want to provide a service to customers. Then I will gladly take part.

I however used my 1 flyer up. So I will wait for the next great deal.

Thanks OP for posting. I was able to get a brag out of the deal too. Sorry if you thought my original post was negative. Didn't mean for it to be. I just read the Wal-mart coupon policy and assumed all Wal-marts would be using the wording the same way. But I guess I now have a great place to shop at too!

oh my gosh my mouth actually hung open when I read that they took everything off the shelf, there has got to be like 50-100 products! HOW GREEDY, I can't believe walmart didn't restrict quantities! I barely made a dent in the # of products on the shelf when I went. Hopefully they won't ruin it for other couponers later at your location with regards to couponing!

I used one coupon only. Those ladies used 1 coupon only as well. They cleared more like 300 items not 50-100. There were several flavours of wipes ( I think 5 kinds) a few for the spray and at least 3 for the toilet bowl cleaners. These ladies had carts full.

I have a few friends that work at that Wal-mart and they told me what had happened.

I believe you do need one per product. I could be wrong though, I got 4 flyers though just in case I do need a coupon for each. I might as well try this one out. lol.

you actually only need 1 coupon for multiple products as I was @wal-mart with the coupon today and it is being accepted at various Wpg wal-Marts (was approved by manager)

I'm partial to clorox wipes, the lysol ones are way to moist. You literally have to dump an inch of solution out of the bottom of the container otherwise once you start getting to the end you'll be wringing out the wipes before you use them.

But I can't complain if I can get them for free, I use them to clean all of DS's toys at the end of the night.

Wow, thatd be great if st.vital walmart a)accepted this coupon and b) only needs 1 coupon for multiple items. I don't have the best of luck, but I will try tomorrow either during the day, or later on like 1030 after my shift. If you try tomorrow, let me know if it got accepted there!
